We offer only new and unworn products to ensure the highest possible quality for our customers. However, if a product has a defect, we are always disappointed, but everything can be fixed.
We always strive to handle all complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than thirty calendar days (from the receipt of the complaint), as required by law.
If the defect can be fixed, it will be promptly and properly repaired. If the defect cannot be fixed, we will replace the product with a brand new one or refund your money without unnecessary delay.
Please fill it out and include it along with the invoice, and pack it with the goods you wish to return.
